Custom workshop designed to help individuals understand their personal ethics in relationship to corporate policies and company ethics standards.

I. Intended Outcomes

a. Raise awareness to one's personal and global ethics.

II. Ethics Inventory

a. Participants will be given a 5-question inventory to begin an inquiry about ethics challenges in their environment.

a. How we listen when others speak.
b. What gets in the way of clear communication?

IV. Inquiry into "ethics"

a. What does everyone know about ethics? (Group inquiry)
b. Dictionary definition of ethics
c. Your Companies policy on ethical conduct

V. Distinguish between:

a. Policy
b. Procedure
c. Practices

i. Give definitions of each
ii. The point: there are policies and procedures in place vs. the actual behaviors.

VI. Ethics & Diversity

a. Introduce the Insights behavioral profile
b. Inquiry: how individual styles deal with ethical dilemmas
c. How we interpret and listen to others
d. How to listen with possibility vs. reactive listening
